At your doorstep is The Great Barrier Reef in the Coral Sea surrounded by lush Tropical Rainforest. 'Mowbray by the Sea' Apartments are fully self contained. For your comfort they have 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites including a spa bath, a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, hotplates/oven, full fridge and all necessary utensils. Your own internal laundry. Dining and lounge area open onto a large covered balcony.
Each Apartment has a large T.V, Hi-Fi system and video with access to Cable Television. Italian tiles throughout, granite bench tops and carpeted bedrooms. The Apartments have fully ducted air-conditioning as well as fans and are tastefully furnished for your comfort.
As an added bonus we have four ground floor apartments with direct access to a private lawned area. For your piece of mind we have underground security parking and remote security fencing.
For your pleasure and leisure we have a large lap pool with a huge spa and a shallow area for the young and young at heart to enjoy. Included in the landscaping is a barbeque gazebo area with pool toilet and outside shower. The pool is heated to 27C during winter months.
