The downstairs area comprises of an elegant and spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. The floors are Italian tiled and timber bi-fold doors open fully to a private patio area with plunge pool.

The kitchen features granite bench tops and is equipped with all amenities, including dishwasher. The downstairs powder room contains full laundry facilities.

Upstairs is floored in rich, tropical hardwood and offers two bedrooms, both of which can be configured into either one king bed or two single beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in robes and luxury en-suites (one with spa bath).
