The premises are rented for holiday purposes only. Functions are not permitted on the premises without prior permission in writing in which case a bond would have to be paid. The number of people staying is not to exceed the number of beds that are provided.

Rates
The rates are set for twelve months every year from April to March, but are sometimes subject to change without notice, always check with our staff.

Bookings
To secure your booking a 20% deposit of the total amount must be paid within 7 days, otherwise the property is not secured.

Payments
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy

Check-in Check-out
Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Pets
To abide with the local health regulations, no pets are allowed into holiday rental accommodation.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing.

If your cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival the full deposit will be returned less $100.00 which covers administration costs.

If your cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival then no refund will be returned. If the property is re-let using the same accommodation rate, a refund less $100.00 will be refunded.

Cleaning and Linen
Unless otherwise specified, for bookings between 10-14 days rooms would be cleaned and linen changed mid stay, for bookings 14 days and over there will be a weekly service. More frequent service can be arranged for additional charge.
